About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite Tegris support including maintenance and problem solving
- Manage Tegris Level 1 and 2 support cases
- Escalate Level 3 support cases to Engineering
- Conduct ongoing end-user training for Operating Room staff
- Adhere to company quality system processes, protocols, and SOPs
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues
- Participate in training seminars and trade shows
Requirements
- B.S. in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in healthcare IT, OR technologies, or Sterile Processing technologies
- Understanding of client/server technologies, networking, and IT Security
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tegris OR Integration systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
