About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise pipeline generation as the primary measure of success for all campaigns.
  • Build and execute integrated, omnichannel demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, events, ABM, outbound, and web.
  • Partner deeply with enterprise AEs and sales managers to align campaign strategy with field feedback and deal data.
  • Use AI tools to automate campaign workflows, including account enrichment, intent-based triggers, and personalized outreach.
  • Manage performance reporting, including pipeline contribution, program ROI, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Identify funnel gaps and develop creative programs, such as competitive displacement or partner co-marketing, to close them.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience, including multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience building with AI tools to create workflows, enrichment pipelines, and automation logic.
  • Direct experience partnering with sales teams to sharpen strategy and messaging.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo, including the ability to pull data and build custom reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate funnel and opportunity data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills for writing campaign copy and presenting data to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in a high-growth SaaS company with an enterprise motion.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native prospecting tools like Clay or Nooks.
  • Familiarity with intent and ABM platforms such as 6sense.
  • Experience aligning campaign strategy with SDR and BDR outbound execution.
