Sr. Demand Architect

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and achievable collaborative consensus plans in partnership with Sales, Product Management, and Finance
• Manage demand planning and forecasting to ensure uninterrupted product supply for global customers
• Lead the monthly S&OP demand process, preparing all necessary data, metrics, and scenario analyses
• Identify demand patterns, trends, and drivers while performing root-cause analysis to improve forecasting models
• Manage SKU-level demand planning for New Product Introductions (NPI) and hardware lifecycle transitions
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying, implementing, and integrating new systems and business processes
• Provide quantitative analysis and insights to optimize business performance and mitigate risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in statistical forecasting and consensus demand planning
• 5+ years of experience leading the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics and implementing AI solutions across supply chain functions
• Proficiency in Excel, SFDC, and Tableau
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams
