Sr. Delivery Manager (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Agile scrum teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics) to ensure effective execution of Agile principles.
• Manage complex project delivery, including cost and effort estimation, project schedules, and budgets.
• Track and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular reporting on team performance, including velocity, stories completed, and project status.
• Coordinate compliance and readiness procedures with Release Engineering, Security, and other associated teams.
• Resolve production problems and oversee the deployment of bug fixes.
• Assist Senior Management with roadmaps, resource planning, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery practices, disciplines, and methodologies.
• Strong software development experience, ideally with a background as a developer.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodology and delivering complex IT projects.
• Solid understanding of release management and change management processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) certification.
