Sr Delivery Associate

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, engage, and build pipelines of passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and AI-powered sourcing tools to find top talent
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and market trends
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to meet business needs
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates to assess qualifications and interest
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in an agency or Fortune 500 environment
• Proven ability to source for both technical (engineering, IT, data science) and non-technical (finance, operations, HR) roles
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search expertise
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to nurture relationships with passive candidates
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sourcing KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing talent in the UK and Lithuanian markets
• Experience with AI-powered sourcing tools and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices
• Familiarity with market mapping and competitive intelligence techniques
