Sr. Delivery Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver data products and information to drive multi-channel marketing capabilities for clients.
• Ensure high-quality, segmented, and ready-to-market data delivery by validating source and output data.
• Manage on-time input and output delivery, including monitoring processing jobs and auditing results.
• Set up and build complex data processing flows and manage source file receipt with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data or processing issues, advising clients on necessary solution changes.
• Lead client meetings regarding solutions, research, and change management.
• Mentor less experienced Delivery Analysts and facilitate change management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Information Technology industry or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with encryption and decryption technologies (e.g., PGP/GPG, SDMS, GIS).
• Working knowledge of file transfer protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
