About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive supply chain value for strategic customers by planning and executing high-level customer service through internal and external collaboration.
  • Facilitate timely and effective supply chain communication and information flow across internal functions and external business partners.
  • Lead customer order management execution, proactively monitoring customer fulfillment performance, backlogs, and production order status.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks related to shipment constraints to ensure committed ship dates are met.
  • Collaborate with customer program teams (PLM, commercial, sales) to manage customer priorities and ensure forecast accuracy within the ERP system.
  • Work with plant and regional supply chain planners to ensure sufficient supply plans meet customer demand at the work center level.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI), product changes, and customer transition plans.
  • Maintain customer delivery metric tracking and communication for internal and external scorecards.
  • Support cost-saving, lean initiatives, and process improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a technical field.
  • 2+ years of Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
  • Strong SAP experience, specifically in Production, Planning, and Scheduling.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated decision-making, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Proven ability to use lean techniques.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • APICS or Institute for Supply Management (ISM) certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, C.P.M., A.P.P.).
