About the role

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate relationships with assigned enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and organic marketing objectives.
  • Establish regular communication cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to review executive dashboards and program status.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers build Success Strategy Plans and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally and manage concerns through a defined remediation process.
  • Create compelling reports that translate SEO impact into clear business impact for stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, platform escalations, and product training.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Customer Success experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a book of business and driving client success.
  • Proven experience working with digital or organic marketing teams (SEO, content, web/IT).
  • Strong knowledge of organic search and how SEO activities influence search engine algorithms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Experience using Gainsight for customer documentation and task management.
  • High level of AI literacy and competency.
