About the role
Responsibilities
- Audit new account and update requests to ensure compliance with US, Regional, and Global guidelines.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for sales personnel regarding customer account issues, onboarding needs, and billing inquiries.
- Troubleshoot errors within GO/COMET during account creation, updates, or CMF maintenance.
- Provide coaching to Sales teams regarding Customer Onboarding processes.
- Act as an intermediary between US and MDM support teams in the Service Center.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to verify Customer Master attributes, linkage, and credit status.
- Support the Reseller onboarding process and Commercial Implementation batch processes.
- Manage Customer Onboarding reporting, focusing on tracking Local CMF SLA and compiling analysis for monthly and semi-annual reporting.
- Serve as a technical resource for implementing new automated processes within CMF and Customer Onboarding workstreams.
Requirements
- BS/BA in a related discipline with 5-8 years of experience in a related field (or MS/MA with 3-5 years of experience).
- In-depth knowledge of Excel and SQL.
- Proficiency with COMET and GO systems.
- Direct experience with Customer Onboarding and CMF policies.
