Sr Customer Experience Professional

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for C-5 / C-130 programs, managing inquiries, support calls, and updates.
• Manage the full order lifecycle in SAP, including processing changes, expediting, and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Contracts to ensure seamless program execution.
• Deliver regular status updates and maintain visibility of performance through detailed reporting.
• Manage escalations and coordinate cross-functional solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements in customer and operational processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP and order management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Experience in the aerospace industry or within repair and overhaul environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
