Sr Customer and Social Media Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer advocacy and engagement programs, including reference networks and lifecycle touchpoints
• Produce high-quality customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and milestone announcements
• Collaborate with CS, Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership to identify customer success stories
• Build and maintain a roster of customer champions for reference calls, events, and co-marketing
• Track engagement and measure the impact of customer marketing initiatives on retention and pipeline
• Build and manage the company's social media strategy, content calendar, and daily publishing
• Drive engagement with security professionals on LinkedIn

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer success
• 2-3 years in B2B social media engagement with expertise in LinkedIn and YouTube
• Ability to create short-form videos and digital assets
• Exceptional storytelling, interviewing, and content development skills
• Strong relationship building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the cybersecurity space, specifically SaaS and AI security
