Sr. CRM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy and implementation for CRM capabilities, including customer onboarding, sales automation, and support workflows.
• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure software solutions in compliance with enterprise standards.
• Translate product goals into high-performance architecture and clean code while providing hands-on leadership through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Drive integrations between core banking systems, data lakes, marketing platforms, and third-party CRM solutions.
• Ensure platform security, performance, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Mentor engineers in design patterns, test automation, and modern software development practices.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure system scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL/Oracle databases.
• 5+ years of experience in the banking or finance industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team management role.
• Proficiency with REST/GraphQL APIs and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Git, Docker, or Jenkins.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Pega.
• Backend engineering expertise in Java, .NET, or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Cypress or Mocha.
• Experience implementing real-time event-driven customer journeys.
