About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end resource management and capacity planning for a studio of 25+ creatives across 10+ global businesses
- Build and maintain forecasting models to anticipate demand and inform headcount and vendor recommendations
- Manage the studio's project management platform (Workfront) to ensure it serves as the single source of truth for project status and resource allocation
- Triage and traffic all new creative requests, assessing scope and determining ownership
- Design, document, and implement scalable mechanisms to improve studio efficiency, throughput, and quality of output
- Develop and maintain studio health dashboards providing visibility into capacity utilization and delivery performance
- Partner with senior leadership on planning, goal development, and resource strategy
- Drive cross-functional alignment and manage escalations between internal creative teams and global business partners
Requirements
- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive operational improvements
- Experience owning end-to-end program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
- Deep experience owning and administering Workfront as a system of record
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes and mechanisms
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of driving process improvement experience
- Strong process improvement background (e.g., CIP, Kanban, Kaizen, Lean)
- Experience in a shared-services or centralized creative model
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- B2B marketing, transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience
