About the role
Responsibilities
- Help develop M&A and investment strategy by identifying and qualifying high-impact opportunities
- Conduct strategic evaluations of M&A and investment opportunities and communicate findings via business case memos
- Build and maintain a comprehensive view of competitive and market trends
- Lead cross-functional due diligence processes throughout the entire transaction lifecycle
- Act as the primary author of executive and Board materials
- Collaborate with the M&A Integration team to drive post-close integration planning
- Build relationships with investors, investment bankers, and founders to originate opportunities
- Design and implement processes, templates, and tooling to enhance team efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in product management, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or venture capital
- Strong communication and writing abilities
- Rigorous qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Strong judgment, ownership, and cross-functional leadership
- Ability to drive deal processes autonomously
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM fields
- Exposure to enterprise software or the data infrastructure sector
