Sr. Corporate Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Help develop M&A and investment strategy by identifying and qualifying high-impact opportunities
• Conduct strategic evaluations of M&A and investment opportunities and communicate findings via business case memos
• Build and maintain a comprehensive view of competitive and market trends
• Lead cross-functional due diligence processes throughout the entire transaction lifecycle
• Act as the primary author of executive and Board materials
• Collaborate with the M&A Integration team to drive post-close integration planning
• Build relationships with investors, investment bankers, and founders to originate opportunities
• Design and implement processes, templates, and tooling to enhance team efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of experience in product management, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or venture capital
• Strong communication and writing abilities
• Rigorous qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Strong judgment, ownership, and cross-functional leadership
• Ability to drive deal processes autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM fields
• Exposure to enterprise software or the data infrastructure sector
