Sr. Coordinator, Promotions and Programs Operations

Responsibilities

• Assist with the tactical execution of discounting campaigns and evergreen programs
• Manage timelines, track dependencies, and oversee work streams
• Maintain and update promotional documentation, including Source of Truth and Run of Show tracking
• Conduct QA reviews of creative assets for pricing, legal compliance, and language consistency
• Manage backend operational tasks, including ticket submission and routing documentation for approvals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or go-to-market roles
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in subscription, e-commerce, or consumer tech industries
