Sr. Conversion Rate Optimization Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead CRO strategy and execution for multiple DTC e-commerce accounts, including audits, roadmaps, and reporting
• Design and implement experimentation programs such as A/B and multivariate testing
• Establish KPIs and create testing roadmaps for advertising campaigns, landing pages, and website UX
• Own end-to-end client relationships as a primary strategic partner
• Pull, analyze, and synthesize performance data to generate actionable insights
• Develop and deliver presentations and decks that translate data into business recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, and analytics teams

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, CRO Strategist, or Data Analyst
• Proven experience in a DTC brand or client-facing agency environment
• Deep experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
• Strong analytical skills to identify friction points and translate data into insights
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, consumer psychology, and UX/UI principles
• Experience with data storytelling and presenting to executive stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
