Sr Contracts Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all pricing setup activities, including sales deal creation, price list maintenance, and ongoing updates
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for pricing, deal, and contractual inquiries
• Interpret and manage contractual terms, pricing conditions, and rebate structures in alignment with internal policies
• Maintain the regional contract database and ensure accurate governance of payer master data
• Partner with Market Access, Customer Care, and Finance to resolve local purchasing pathways and account challenges
• Support the resolution of payer non-payments, claims, and escalations
• Implement improvements to Contract-to-Cash (C2C) processes and related systems
• Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives in support of the Sr. Commercial Manager DACH

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in commercial operations, contracting, or pricing, ideally within the medical device or life sciences industry
• Strong subject matter expertise in Contract-to-Cash (C2C) processes
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
