Sr. Contracts Engineer

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage contract administration including change orders, variations, claims, and amendments
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and relevant laws/regulations
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
• Advise project teams on contract interpretation, obligations, and dispute resolution
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in contracts management for Oil & Gas or EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of standard contract forms such as FIDIC, NEC, EPC, and PSA
• Proven expertise in claims management, change orders, and dispute resolution
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and contract management systems
