Sr Contract Analyst (Sales)

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the order portfolio, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and internal guidelines
• Analyze operational and commercial reports to monitor commercial risks and process status
• Administer complex contract processes and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Open sales orders in the system and maintain accurate contract and order control databases
• Communicate manufacturing status to stakeholders and track delivery deadlines, including imported products
• Identify billing opportunities based on inventory levels and request billing according to eligibility
• Coordinate inspections, develop delivery and installation schedules, and negotiate delivery timelines with customers
• Prepare and update status reports, spreadsheets, and management reports for the area
• Support the development of junior analysts and interns when applicable
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in similar contract or sales operations roles
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex administrative processes

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in similar positions
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
