Sr. Content Marketing Strategist, Web

Responsibilities

• Implement and refine content strategies to influence customer journey and KPIs
• Mentor team members and stakeholders to ensure quality and creative cohesion
• Write, edit, and provide guidelines for high impact marketing copy
• Establish and refine brand voice and messaging frameworks
• Leverage AI writing and optimization tools to scale production and personalization
• Partner with analytics teams to evaluate metrics and drive strategy
• Represent Esri’s content discipline across teams and external engagements

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in web content and digital marketing for enterprise websites
• Mastery in writing, editing, and storytelling for web channels
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, web analytics, and content performance metrics
• Proven success leading large-scale web or digital content programs
• Experience implementing AI and automation in content workflows
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• Ability to travel up to 20%

• Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or related field
