Sr Consultant, Release Management

Responsibilities

• Provide release-related support for multiple technology teams within the HFS Omnium Change Management team
• Coordinate code deployments into INT and Production environments in collaboration with Support teams
• Plan and coordinate pre-release and in-flight activities, including creating release runbooks and facilitating stakeholder preparation calls
• Track release progress, manage risks, and resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, and quality
• Ensure all required test plans and approval documentation are uploaded to the Release Management tool
• Complete post-release activities, including the closure of ServiceNow requests and package cleanup
• Participate in monthly release retrospectives to identify lessons learned and drive continuous process improvement
• Support production releases which may occur during standard business hours, after-hours, or on weekends

Requirements

• 3-10+ years of experience in project coordination, release management, or a similar role
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or Atlassian
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
• A College or University degree
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and drive agendas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services, Technology, or Alternative Asset Management
• Ability to act as a "change agent" to identify and drive productivity transformations
