Sr Consultant, Fund Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale strategic change projects, process re-engineering, and complex business initiatives.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert and key advisor on significant business decisions.
• Provide comprehensive consulting and leadership to teams and partners at a high technical level.
• Execute activities that are large in scope, cross-functional, and technically difficult.
• Balance high-level operational execution with the development of strategic business direction.
• Conduct preliminary analysis and interact directly with various committees and management.
• Develop, implement, and administer programs within functional areas.

Requirements

• College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
• In-depth functional industry knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Technical expertise relevant to fund accounting and strategic change management.
