Sr. Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the quote process across Asia Pacific divisions, ensuring conformance to guidelines and reporting on key KPIs.
• Drive customer profitability tracking from quote baseline through production in collaboration with regional finance teams.
• Oversee claim management using global tools and coordinate with local sales teams to increase transparency.
• Manage and track pricing budgets and approval processes in alignment with sales teams and division management.
• Implement commercial best practice tools, processes, and methods to drive commercial excellence.
• Support target setting, sales planning, and the development of digital commercial systems.
• Collaborate with the Sales Academy for regional training and instructor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to influence in an intercultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
