About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS subscription agreements
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Security, and Product teams to support revenue growth and manage legal risk
- Support negotiation strategy for customer, partner, and vendor agreements
- Review and negotiate data protection, privacy, and security-related contract terms
- Coordinate with outside counsel on commercial, corporate, and privacy matters
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 12+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts, SaaS, or technology transactions
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating B2B SaaS and technology agreements
- Ability to independently manage contracts from intake through signature
- Strong business judgment and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure industries
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy contracting
- Experience with partner, reseller, or alliance agreements
- Experience building scalable legal templates and contract workflows
- Familiarity with global commercial contracting (U.S., Australia, and international)
