Sr. Collection Analyst EMEA

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Accounts Receivables and Collections activities for the EMEAI Region
• Perform timely and accurate account reconciliation and remittance against open AR Aging
• Review accounts for order releasing requests and possible credit holds for delinquent customers
• Analyze customer deductions to determine validity and resolve variances with A/R Rebates
• Organize and deliver documentation required by internal and external auditors
• Coordinate with functional teams including Sales, Logistics, Revenue, and SAP OTC
• Maintain files, records, transactions, and audit trails
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a business-related field
• 3-5 years of recent experience in Finance, preferably in Accounts Receivable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of general business and financial principles related to AR
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a shared service environment
• Amenable to working mid-shift schedules (4:00 PM to 2:00 AM Monday-Thursday; 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Friday)
