About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Accounts Receivables and Collections activities for the EMEAI Region
- Perform timely and accurate account reconciliation and remittance against open AR Aging
- Review accounts for order releasing requests and possible credit holds for delinquent customers
- Analyze customer deductions to determine validity and resolve variances with A/R Rebates
- Organize and deliver documentation required by internal and external auditors
- Coordinate with functional teams including Sales, Logistics, Revenue, and SAP OTC
- Maintain files, records, transactions, and audit trails
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a business-related field
- 3-5 years of recent experience in Finance, preferably in Accounts Receivable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of general business and financial principles related to AR
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a shared service environment
- Amenable to working mid-shift schedules (4:00 PM to 2:00 AM Monday-Thursday; 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Friday)
