Sr. Cloud Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for semiconductor technology aligned with the AWS technical roadmap
• Lead complex negotiations for hardware agreements and supplier contracts
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key silicon partners and internal stakeholders
• Partner with hardware and network engineering teams to define sourcing strategies for next-generation custom hardware and optical interconnect technology
• Analyze market trends and spend data to identify cost optimization and technology migration opportunities
• Manage cross-functional programs to ensure supply chain scalability, security, and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure supply chain, procurement, or hardware engineering
• 3+ years of direct experience managing custom ASICs or silicon supply chains
• Experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
• Experience communicating complex results and data-driven insights to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related technical field
