Sr. Cloud Solution Architect - Infra

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers to drive long-term cloud adoption and serve as the Voice of the Customer.
• Provide technical feedback and insights to Microsoft Product Groups to enable continuous product improvement.
• Own and deliver a committed pipeline of projects in alignment with customer expectations and business goals.
• Drive customer success by ensuring technical decision makers understand Azure Infrastructure services required for AI solutions at scale.
• Lead Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans using Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).
• Identify and resolve technical blockers to customer go-live projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure expertise.
• Maintain a self-learner mindset to align individual skills with evolving team demands and customer transformation journeys.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or network operations.
• Proven experience in a technical consulting or systems administration capacity.
• Technical Certification in Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or related technical consulting roles.
• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 6+ years of experience leading complex technical projects.
• Advanced degree (Master's) in a relevant technical or business field.
