About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business
- Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for CRM products
- Build and sustain credible business relationships with healthcare professionals and customers
- Develop and facilitate training sessions and programs on CRM products for medical staff
- Support the Cardiac Rhythm Team with clinical studies, data collection, and troubleshooting
- Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists
- Respond to field inquiries from physicians, patients, and sales staff regarding product performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience
- 3+ years of related experience or certification from an accredited cardiac training program
- Current certifications in CRM products
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other personal computer applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
