Sr. Clinical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large, multi-regional clinical studies in alignment with contractual requirements and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison with sponsors, building strong client relationships and ensuring transparent communication on project status and risks.
• Set direction and objectives for cross-functional project teams while monitoring performance to meet key milestones.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, leading issue resolution and implementing corrective action plans.
• Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, forecasting revenue, and managing scope changes.
• Partner with Business Development on bid defenses to support the acquisition of new business.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement through best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Direct experience in Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolic therapeutics.
• Proven ability to manage complex, global clinical trials and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Demonstrated experience leading bid defenses and high-level client engagements.
