About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to client orders, general inquiries, invoice questions, and complaints
- Resolve issues regarding orders, delivery dates, or service discrepancies
- Determine the cause of client complaints and select the best solutions to resolve them
- Expedite corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure full resolution
- Record consistent problem areas to help improve service quality
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of client service experience
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent documentation and multi-tasking abilities
