About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints
- Resolve issues regarding orders, delivery dates, or service quality
- Determine the cause of client complaints and select the best solutions to resolve them
- Expedite corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure full resolution
- Record consistent problem areas to help improve service quality
- Manage routine tasks and deviate from standard procedures when necessary to solve complex issues
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of client service experience
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent documentation and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work the third shift on-site in Buckeye, AZ
