Sr. Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints
• Resolve issues regarding orders, delivery dates, or service quality
• Determine the cause of client complaints and select the best solutions to resolve them
• Expedite corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure full resolution
• Record consistent problem areas to help improve service quality
• Manage routine tasks and deviate from standard procedures when necessary to solve complex issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of client service experience
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent documentation and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work the weekend day shift on-site in Buckeye, AZ
