About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between various departments, such as Accounts and IT, to achieve common objectives
  • Answer inquiries and facilitate the resolution of customer issues
  • Handle escalations pertaining to unresolved cases
  • Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and maintain positive customer rapport
  • Translate user-oriented language into technical information for effective communication
  • Track and document requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems
  • Document problems and solutions to assist in training lower-level support staff
  • Participate in the development of departmental goals and identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Healthcare or Banking and Finance
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in a client service or support role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of basic computer troubleshooting steps
  • Ability to work on a shifting schedule
