About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between various departments, such as Accounts and IT, to achieve common objectives
- Answer inquiries and facilitate the resolution of customer issues
- Handle escalations pertaining to unresolved cases
- Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and maintain positive customer rapport
- Translate user-oriented language into technical information for effective communication
- Track and document requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems
- Document problems and solutions to assist in training lower-level support staff
- Participate in the development of departmental goals and identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Healthcare or Banking and Finance
- 3-4 years of professional experience in a client service or support role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of basic computer troubleshooting steps
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule
