Sr Chemist

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and commercialization of innovative semiconductor adhesive products through advanced material design and laboratory studies.
• Design, formulate, and execute laboratory studies, analyzing experimental data to provide technical recommendations for product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, including project management, application engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product launches.
• Provide technical support to customers throughout the product lifecycle, investigating performance issues and implementing solutions.
• Support manufacturing operations and scale-up activities to ensure consistent product quality and reliable production processes.
• Maintain compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ years of product development experience in an industrial, research, or academic environment.
• Strong technical background in thermoset materials, adhesive formulations, surface/filler technologies, or semiconductor packaging processes.
• Hands-on experience in a chemical laboratory environment with proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and solve complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline.
