About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and commercialization of innovative semiconductor adhesive products through advanced material design and laboratory studies.
  • Design, formulate, and execute laboratory studies, analyzing experimental data to provide technical recommendations and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including project management, application engineering, and manufacturing to ensure successful product launches.
  • Provide technical support to customers by investigating performance issues and implementing solutions based on field results.
  • Support manufacturing operations and scale-up activities to ensure consistent product quality and reliable production processes.
  • Maintain compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the laboratory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ years of product development experience in an industrial, research, or academic environment.
  • Strong technical background in thermoset materials, adhesive formulations, surface/filler technologies, or semiconductor packaging processes.
  • Hands-on experience in a chemical laboratory environment with proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Proven track record of innovation and the ability to drive product development initiatives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related scientific discipline is preferred.
