Sr Cell Therapy Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Educate and logistically support the use of Kite products by meeting with leaders across academic hospitals
• Collaborate with HQ and Medical teams to ensure successful coordination of the cell journey and patient access
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with Therapy Area Experts (TAEs), key decision makers, and influencers
• Navigate complex account environments to understand and address the needs of various stakeholders
• Provide timely feedback to Medical Affairs and Commercial colleagues regarding account trends, therapeutic landscape changes, and business opportunities
• Operate in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Significant experience in oncology or hematology
• Proven experience managing large accounts, including strategic planning and execution
• Strategic understanding of the oncology market
• Successful completion of the ABPI Exam
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel overnight (approximately 25%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product launches within academic hospital settings
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
