Sr Buyer

Responsibilities

• Build product strategy for Retail and E-commerce channels based on consumer insights and financial targets.
• Manage the Open To Buy process, including receipts, sales, margin, markdowns, and inventory.
• Analyze product performance and sales plans to identify margin opportunities and adapt to market trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of buyers to execute seasonal strategies.
• Collaborate with Global Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Visual teams to ensure product availability and cohesive storytelling.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape through regular market and store analysis.
• Communicate product performance and actionable insights on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of buying experience within the merchandising or retail industry.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 2 people.
• Strong financial analysis and numeric skills, specifically in planning and forecasting.
• Fluency in English for daily communication with US-based collaborators.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel, including international travel.
