Sr Business System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the translation of business needs into product solutions to ensure successful project delivery
• Partner with business and technology teams to document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in functional and technical design sessions and agile ceremonies including scrum and sprint planning
• Build business models and process flows in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support the full SDLC by managing traceability from business requirements through technical specs and test cases
• Execute testing activities, including developing test scripts, executing results, and performing defect triage
• Provide input into the Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) log to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery managers, and diverse stakeholders across the enterprise

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting Workforce Management or Time Keeping systems and projects
• Proven track record of participating in large-scale software projects within finance value chains
• Experience with Business Architecture methodologies and practices
• Experience working within Agile software development frameworks and the full SDLC
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within a Media environment
