Sr. Business Ops Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of supply chain planning solutions using agile methodology.
• Engage in business requirement discussions to identify process gaps and define future "To-Be" processes.
• Advise customers on industry best practices by leveraging o9’s Reference Models.
• Assist in solution design by creating wireframes and prototypes to facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Lead working sessions with technical and functional teams to resolve design challenges.
• Configure workflows in the o9 platform and conduct unit testing during the build phase.
• Develop UAT stories and test cases to simulate real-world demand planning scenarios.
• Conduct UAT sessions and provide post-go-live hypercare support to address production issues.
• Architect data pipelines to support big data integrations using delta lake.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or Management of Technology.
• 1 year of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or leading full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience with Statistical, Optimization, and Simulation tools (e.g., R, SAS, CPLEX).
• Proficiency in SQL, MDX, or T-SQL for translating business requirements.
• Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
• Ability to travel domestically approximately 20%.
