Sr Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in onboarding new vendors and processing financial and legal documents
• Manage internal marketing budget processes, including AP production, invoice management, and budget reporting
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline marketing activity planning and approval workflows
• Aggregate reporting and maintain weekly dashboards to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintain events, social media, and editorial calendars
• Assist in the establishment and measurement of KPIs to track program results
• Route campaign-related materials and assets to stakeholders and legal for approval
• Maintain an accurate inventory of marketing assets and sales support materials
• Assist in the creation of marketing SOWs, legal reviews, and budget securing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing
• 5+ years of experience in operations, accounting, contract negotiations, or a related field
• Proven experience working with budgets and forecasting
• Strong analytic skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, time management, and professional communication skills

• Korean language fluency
