Sr. Business Manager - Fraud

Responsibilities

• Set and own a roadmap to improve Partnership fraud mitigation while focusing on impactful customer experience interactions
• Work cross-functionally with Data Science, Product, Investigators, and Program teams to deliver innovative model features and capabilities
• Implement fraud rule and strategy changes
• Drive key integration work for the Discover merger to support one of the largest financial mergers in US history
• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success amidst shifting consumer and regulatory behavior
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching and mentoring to develop talent
• Coordinate across lines of business to manage business requirements and execute against product strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
• At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
• At least 1 year of experience performing people management
• At least 1 year of experience performing project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• 2+ years of experience in people management and product development
• 2+ years of experience in financial modeling and economic forecasting
• Previous consulting experience
