About the role
Responsibilities
- Set and own a roadmap to improve Partnership fraud mitigation while focusing on impactful customer experience interactions
- Work cross-functionally with Data Science, Product, Investigators, and Program teams to deliver innovative model features and capabilities
- Implement fraud rule and strategy changes
- Drive key integration work for the Discover merger to support one of the largest financial mergers in US history
- Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success amidst shifting consumer and regulatory behavior
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching and mentoring to develop talent
- Coordinate across lines of business to manage business requirements and execute against product strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
- At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
- At least 1 year of experience performing people management
- At least 1 year of experience performing project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
- 2+ years of experience in people management and product development
- 2+ years of experience in financial modeling and economic forecasting
- Previous consulting experience
