About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the commercialization and go-to-market execution of B2B Travel products across SEA and WCA.
  • Identify, develop, and advance B2B Travel opportunities with issuers and ecosystem partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with key travel ecosystem participants, including TMCs, OTAs, and travel platforms.
  • Support market enablement and commercialization of Virtual Card platform capabilities.
  • Identify and develop Virtual Card use cases across B2B payment flows and embedded payment opportunities.
  • Partner with Client Services to support the implementation of product and platform initiatives for clients.
  • Act as a voice of the market by providing structured feedback to regional and global product stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in product management, commercialization, business development, or partnerships.
  • Strong experience in B2B payments, specifically regarding B2B Travel, commercial cards, or virtual payments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches and market enablement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the B2B Travel ecosystem (issuers, networks, OTAs, or TMCs).
  • Knowledge of Virtual Card platforms, API-based integrations, and B2B payment use cases.
  • Familiarity with OTA/OBT operational processing and travel merchant acceptance.
  • Experience supporting product implementation in partnership with client servicing teams.
  • Advanced degree or postgraduate qualification.
