Sr. Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze data sets from the Sprinklr platform to provide actionable insights and recommendations for marketing, brand, and product departments
• Identify, comprehend, and document customer requirements to implement end-to-end solutions
• Own deliverables and client communication, synthesizing data into impactful, action-oriented reports for stakeholders
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform business, marketing, and brand strategies
• Communicate key findings and insights to senior stakeholders through formal presentations
• Assist in conceptualizing new analysis frameworks and mechanisms for highlighting key performance indicators
• Monitor the global media space to stay informed on the latest social media trends

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer insights or analytics roles
• Proven experience in client-facing roles
• Strong competency in data analytics tools and methodologies, including the ability to visualize data and present statistical merit
• In-depth knowledge of customer journeys, journey mapping, and large-scale experience drivers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a compelling executive presence
• Expertise in designing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or for social media management software or platforms
• Expertise in graphic design for presentation materials
