About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear deliverables such as user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
- Support the Collaboration Services Center of Excellence (CoE) by triaging requests, documenting configurations, and tracking delivery progress
- Develop and maintain end-user documentation, including job aids, FAQs, knowledge articles, and training materials
- Ensure all technical and process content aligns with enterprise accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in delivered solutions and support user testing activities
- Contribute to governance initiatives regarding data classification, labeling, and compliance across M365 platforms
- Drive continuous improvement of intake workflows, documentation standards, and delivery processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of overall professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365 preferred)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly documentation
- Experience working in a Center of Excellence (CoE) or shared services environment
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Knowledge of information governance, data classification, or compliance tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with process improvement frameworks or organizational change management
- Strong attention to detail and execution rigor
