Sr. Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear deliverables such as user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
• Support the Collaboration Services Center of Excellence (CoE) by triaging requests, documenting configurations, and tracking delivery progress
• Develop and maintain end-user documentation, including job aids, FAQs, knowledge articles, and training materials
• Ensure all technical and process content aligns with enterprise accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in delivered solutions and support user testing activities
• Contribute to governance initiatives regarding data classification, labeling, and compliance across M365 platforms
• Drive continuous improvement of intake workflows, documentation standards, and delivery processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field
• 10+ years of overall professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365 preferred)
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly documentation
• Experience working in a Center of Excellence (CoE) or shared services environment
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Knowledge of information governance, data classification, or compliance tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience with process improvement frameworks or organizational change management
• Strong attention to detail and execution rigor
