Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate)

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Educate customers on product details and provide personalized style suggestions
• Promote brand loyalty by introducing guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels
• Flex between various store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
