Sr Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience by engaging with guests using a "friends first" mindset
• Educate customers on product details and make personalized suggestions to meet their needs
• Drive brand loyalty by introducing guests to loyalty programs and additional brand channels
• Flex between different store zones including the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
