About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide an amazing shopping experience
- Educate guests on product details and make personalized suggestions
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests
- Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed
- Proactively resolve guest concerns following company policy
- Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed
Requirements
- Experience in retail
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for AE and Aerie products
