Sr Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide an amazing shopping experience
• Educate guests on product details and make personalized suggestions
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy
• Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High energy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for AE and Aerie products
