Sr Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of benefits programs across assigned countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
• Independently manage complex benefit cases, escalations, and problem resolution.
• Oversee data accuracy and governance within benefits administration systems, ensuring timely processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and internal partners to ensure service delivery meets business expectations.
• Lead operational processes including open enrollment, leave of absence coordination, and benefits onboarding/offboarding.
• Analyze service metrics, employee feedback, and cost data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Champion the use of AI-driven tools and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall employee experience.
• Support global and regional benefits projects, including system implementations and process standardization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Advanced expertise in benefits programs, regulations, and cross-border considerations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS or benefits administration systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
