Sr. Backend Software Engineer - Platform Integration

Responsibilities

• Collaborate multi-functionally with Product, Client Solution, and other engineering teams to deliver holistic client onboarding solutions.
• Write well-designed, tested, and performant code to solve complex engineering problems.
• Implement features to support the Data Lakehouse Framework and influence its technical direction.
• Lead individual projects, including ownership of technical architecture design, estimation, and implementation.
• Communicate technical ideas and steer project direction from an engineering standpoint.
• Mentor and guide other engineers on the team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a software engineer, with high proficiency in Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data processing and analysis.
• A strong ownership mentality and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using PySpark or similar big data frameworks.
• Experience designing and building scalable data pipelines.
• Experience working within a Data Lakehouse architecture.
